Owner

Don McNeice is a Marine Master Mechanic and a boating enthusiast with a reputation on the Coast for competence and excellence in customer service. "Customer concerns are our number one priority, and anticipating their needs for next year is what keeps us ahead this year," says McNeice. Don has staffed his organization with competent industry professionals, but he maintains a hands-on working relationship with every part of his operation. Diagnosing and discussing technical issues, operating a fork lift, talking and laughing with customers in his showroom, all in a five minute time span, is a routine part of his day. Don's vision for future trends is readily matched by his willingness to roll up his sleeves and do what it takes to meet your needs today.

Parts

Ray Demers has led customer focused parts supply efforts and activities in major boat dealerships in the greater Vancouver area for more than 30 years, the past 15 of which have been with Bridgeview. His superior knowledge of "what fits where and what works there" is unsurpassed in the industry and his ability to source even the rarest of parts is legendary. Ray stocks and maintains a complete marine hardware and accessory store in addition to a complete line of authorized parts for all major brands of marine motors and equipment. Tim McCarthy joined Bridgeview in 1994 and finished his apprenticeship as a marine mechanic. He is factory trained in mercury outboard, Mercruiser sterndrive, Volvo Penta gasoline and diesel as well as Johnson and Evinrude Outboards. After working as a mechanic at Bridgeview for 10 years he was moved into a new position to provide technical and parts support for Bridgeview's ever expanding fishing lodge business and also assisting with parts and service when necessary.

Sue Richards is the smile that always greets you when you need one most. She is the competence behind all things administrative that have to happen well for us to serve you well. So if we serve you well, its because she serves us well. Need to know, what happened to, where did, who did, or why did? Sue will trade you the answers for a smile.

Doug Smirfitt directs our team of highly qualified manufacturer trained and trade certified technicians. With over 25 years experience as a marine technician Doug can assure our customers that all repairs are carried out professionally and correctly the first time. Whether you need general service or repowers to factory warranty repairs and insurance claims you can rest assured that Doug will go above and beyond to satisfy all of your boating needs.
